The Masterpiece Preschool, founded in the year 2016 by progressive educator Dr. Naveena G Jain, enrolls 100+ students in grade Playgroup through grade Senior Kindergarten. Masterpiece Preschool, located in Vijaynagar, Bangalore seeks motivated students, offers a child-centered curriculum and develops in children a lifelong love of learning and a sense of responsibility that provides a critical foundation for their future.

Dr. Naveena G Jain is a visionary educationist, life skills trainer, and entrepreneur with a passion for nurturing young minds and empowering individuals through holistic learning. With a strong academic foundation from Jain University, Bangalore, and specialized training in Child Psychology, NTT, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), she brings a deep understanding of child development and behavioral science into her educational ventures.
Driven by her belief in value-based education, Dr. Naveena founded Masterpiece Preschool—a chain of innovative early learning centers focused on shaping the formative years through purposeful play, emotional intelligence, and ethical grounding.
Over the years, she has trained thousands of teenagers across the country, served as the
Business Head of Kingdom Academy of Specialized Skills (KASS), and mentored several
startups in education, agri-tech, and consumer goods sectors—guiding them in HR,
training, and strategy.
A powerful public speaker and stage presence, she has conducted workshops and
training programs for leading institutions. Outside the classroom, Dr. Naveena is an
avid trekker, having journeyed to Kedarnath, Kailash Mansarovar, and Annapurna Base
Camp, drawing spiritual inspiration from Sadhguru.
